These terms govern your use of Performative Work (“the app”, “we”). By signing in or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What the app does

Performative Work helps you create and manage events on your own Google Calendar. You connect your Google account, and the app adds or removes calendar events at your direction.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you choose to put on your calendar. You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others, or Google’s terms.

Your data

We do not store your calendar data. How we handle the limited account information needed to sign you in is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app and revoke access whenever you like.
